Video Production

SME’s and Media Producers

Video team edits and finalizes lectures
Creates thumbnails for each video

Requests captions
Uploads videos into edX
Uploads thumbnails into edX

Course Development

SME(s) meet with IDs to provide course material
IDs build the course

Publishing Content

Course Testers test course
IDs submit MOOC Development Checklist to edX
Course published and released on set date

Course Facilitation

Facilitator and school or program owns and manages course
Facilitator manages course
School or program develop the test for the course
